Refund and Returns Policy

  • Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Manufacturer Returns: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

  • Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds are granted for items that show signs of use, have been opened, are not in their original condition, or are returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Exchanges

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, mail it to: {physical address}. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs are non-refundable.
