Our consultants work from wherever the client needs them, and our systems live in the cloud rather than in a filing cabinet. There is no reception desk waiting for visitors, so an unannounced visit would find nobody to receive you — which is why we ask for an appointment instead.
It is not distance. A booked slot means the right person is free, has read your material beforehand, and gives you their full attention for the time you have together.

What happens after you write
1. We reply with times
You will normally hear back within one working day, with two or three slots to choose from.
2. We meet online
Most first meetings are a video call. You will get a link; nothing needs installing.
3. In person where it earns its place
We do travel to clients when the work calls for it. That is arranged in advance, at your site or an agreed venue.
