The four necessary phases of project management are initiation, planning, execution, and closure. The Swiss Quality would like to ensure that you understand these logical and manageable steps.

Initiation

This is the first phase of the project management life cycle and this is where you identify the business requirement, difficulties, opportunities, and possible risks. Throughout this step, we, The Swiss Quality, will help you come up with achievable solutions by means of undertaking a feasibility study, recognizing the scope, defining the product, categorizing stakeholders and developing business care.

Planning

Once the project is accepted, it needs a consistent and sensible plan. The good news is, The Swiss Quality has world-class experts to assist you with the creation of a solid plan, creation of workflow documents, calculating finances, identifying required resources, and predicting possible risks.

The project plan prepares and gives direction to the team for producing quality outputs, solving the risks, and communicating to internal and external interested parties.

Phases of Project Management

Execution

After receiving the approval and developing a plan, it’s time to do the important stage where the plan will be put into action. Project managers’ responsibilities include assigning tasks, organizing workflows, monitoring the quality of work, and managing timelines.

Closure

Entering this phase means you have completed all the duties needs to be done but it doesn’t end there. This phase is all about checking the project performance, team performance, implementation evaluation, and accounting for consumed and not consumed finances in accordance with the budget.

Good news! The Swiss Quality will be happy to work with you to help you through the different phases and bring your project into worthwhile fruition.
